How does the customization process work?
Creating your perfect candle is easy! Simply choose your preferred container style, select from our carefully curated scents, and personalize your label if you'd like. Each candle is custom made just for you.
What container options are available?
We offer a variety of container styles including classic jars, triple-wick jars, tins, and more. Browse our product pages to see all available options.
Do your scents change seasonally?
Yes! Our scent catalog changes throughout the year to bring you seasonal favorites. In the fall, we introduce amazing autumn scents like Pumpkin Spice, and during winter and the holiday season, we offer scents that capture the warmth and joy of that special time of year. If you don't see a scent you're looking for, please contact us and we'll make it happen!
Can I customize my candle color?
Yes! If you'd like a specific color for your candle, we're happy to accommodate your request. Otherwise, we'll dye your candle to match our regular color scheme. We use dyes made from natural materials to create beautiful, vibrant colors.
Can I personalize my candle label?
Absolutely! We offer label personalization to make your candle truly unique. This is perfect for gifts, special occasions, or adding your own personal touch.
How long does it take to receive my custom candle?
Each candle is made to order and requires a one-week cure time prior to shipping. This careful process ensures your candle arrives stable and ready to fill your space with beautiful fragrance from the moment you open the box. Once your candle ships, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Candle Care & Quality
What are your candles made from?
Our candles are crafted with 100% soy wax and 100% cotton wicks for a clean, long-lasting burn. We use phthalate-free fragrance oils that burn cleanly, and our dyes are made from natural materials. Every candle is made with the same care and attention to detail that we've maintained since 2020.
How long will my candle burn?
Burn time varies by container size. With proper care, our candles provide hours of beautiful fragrance. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each use for the best burn.
How do I care for my candle?
For the best experience: trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting, allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn, burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, and keep away from drafts. Most importantly, never leave candles unattended.
Are there special care instructions for candle tins?
Yes! Please never pick up a burning candle tin with your bare hands, as the metal can become hot enough to cause burns. When burning your candle tin down toward the bottom, use extra caution. As the metal heats up, it can cause the wick to detach from the bottom of the tin.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States and Canada with flat-rate shipping of $5.00 within the US and $10.00 to Canada. Orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping. Prices are subject to change.
What is your return policy?
Because each candle is custom made specifically for you, we do not accept returns. However, if your candle arrives broken, we'll make it right. Simply provide a photo of the damage, and we'll re-pour and ship a replacement candle at no cost to you.

Absolutely! Every candle is handcrafted by our small family team. What started as a solo venture in 2020 has grown into a family business, with my son now working alongside me to create each candle with care.
