Processing & Production Time All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches and require 1 week of curing time before they are ready to ship. This ensures you receive the highest quality product. If you need your order sooner (e.g., for a gift), please contact us at wickedgoodcandleco@gmail.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Timeframes Once your order has been processed and cured, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Total delivery time = production time (up to 7 days) + shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates for Domestic orders: Free shipping on orders $50+, otherwise $5.00 flat rate. Shipping rates for Canadian Customers: USPS & DHL Express (carrier-calculated) + $10.00 flat rate Economy International. Worldwide (all other international destinations): Carrier-calculated rates via DHL Express are available at checkout based on package weight and destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase
Carriers We ship via USPS and DHL Express depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 30 days of delivery at wickedgoodcandleco@gmail.com. We will work with you to replace or refund your order per our Refund Policy.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
