Our Candles Are Made Just for You Every Wicked Good Candle Co. candle is hand-poured on demand and custom made to your specifications. Because each candle is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on undamaged items.
Damaged in Shipping We take great care in packaging every order, but if your candle arrives damaged, we will make it right. To be eligible for a replacement:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Email a photo of the damaged item to info@wickedgoodcandleco@.com
- You do not need to return the damaged item
Once your claim is approved, we will replace your candle at no cost to you. If you prefer a refund instead, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
No Exchanges Because each candle is custom made on demand, we are unable to offer exchanges.
Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@wickedgoodcandleco@.com and we will resolve it promptly.
